The WINHMS Accounting module labelled the “General Ledger” is one of the core modules featured within the back office software segment. Financial accounting is provided via the General Ledger module which efficiently handles all the accounting needs of the company. Advanced accounting features are supported and seamless integration between all relevant modules provides real time financial analysis
Support is provided for both codeless and coded ledger accounts. Unlimited retail locations are included within the company and retail location financial analysis, books and reports are included. In regards to management of transactions, bank reconciliation with realization date of funds is supported. Credit and debit bill matching for unadjusted payments and collection of these payments is included. Detailed financial analysis tools such as trial balance, general ledger, sub ledgers, profit and loss and balance sheet, cash flow, ratio analysis, outstanding analysis and ageing bill analysis provide management with a firm grasp of all financial aspects of the property.
Further analytical tools include accounts receivable and accounts payable reports, ageing, income vs expenditure graphs and ledger analysis graphs with the ability to drill down up to the voucher level. Additionally, cash flow, departmental trial balance, departmental general ledger, profit & loss yearly, balance sheet yearly etc. are also included.
The WINHMS Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable module is an advanced module that manages both the payable and receivable components of back office operations. Accounts payable is a productive accounting solution that maintains strong financial control, prevents duplicate entries and ensures timely payments. Support is provided for cheque printing for party payment advances and other payments.
It is possible to track multiple payments and expedition of supplier payments can occur by consolidating several bills on a single cheque. Partial payments are also supported. The system generates automated payment advices based on a specific due date thereby providing finer control of payments. A payment advice can be generated for payments against pending bills, payment as an advance and payments towards sundry expenses.
Prior approval for payment advices is possible prior to cheque printing. This module seamlessly integrates with the accounts module where payments are automatically posted as payment vouchers to the account’s books. Accounting statements are provided for both sundry debtors and sundry creditors.
Supports, centralized master data management like AR, AP, ledger codes, multi company financial book analysis, Retail location wise analysis, company and group of company’s analyses like AR, AP, P&K, BL TB in a single integrated dashboard
